If you choose to share your subscription package with another recipient, please notify them in advance to ensure timely receipt and optimal freshness of the food items.
2. Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any item is damaged upon delivery, we will gladly replace it with the exact same product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within two (2) hours of receiving your order. To help expedite the process, we may request photos of the damaged items. In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Subscription Process

Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
