Orders will arrive within the specified delivery window outlined in your subscription package, ensuring peak freshness upon arrival. If you choose to share your subscription package with another recipient, please notify them in advance to ensure timely receipt and optimal freshness of the food items.


2. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If any item is damaged upon delivery, we will gladly replace it with the exact same product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within two (2) hours of receiving your order. To help expedite the process, we may request photos of the damaged items. In cases where a refund is deemed appropriate, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.


3. Subscription Process

Our convenient subscription service allows you to receive fresh fruits and vegetables on a regular basis. When signing up for a subscription, you can select your preferred delivery frequency to fit your lifestyle and dietary needs.


4. Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each monthly billing cycle unless canceled. Prior to renewal, you will receive a notification, giving you the opportunity to adjust or make changes to your subscription plan.


5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that flexibility is important. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellations can be processed by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions or by contacting our customer service team. Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
